Purpose and Culture

Table Mountain Chapel (TMC), originally known as the Rawhide Union Sunday School, was established in the 1940's to provide a meeting place for the worship of the Triune Christian God, Jehovah, and the teaching and preaching of His Holy Word, the Christian Bible, commonly known as the Authorized King James Version (KJV).  We believe the Bible is the only guide to faith and practice of the Church.  We believe the salvation God has provided through His Son, Jesus Christ, is comprehensive and fully capable of addressing all of man's experiences and needs.  We believe the Church's mission is to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature under heaven and to make disciples of all men.  To this end, Sunday School Bible Study Classes for adults, youth, and children are held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. every Sunday, worship services are held from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. every Sunday, and Bible Study is held every Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.
